To set up a wholesale dealer account, please perform the following steps:
Step 1 – Fax us a copy of your valid Business License (does not need to be in English if outside the USA) and a copy of your State Seller’s Permit (Seller’s Permit is applicable to USA domestic dealers).

Step 2 – Fill in the online form below (you must provide 2 references for suppliers you are currently doing business with).
Please note that submissions without the proper faxed documents will not be processed.
